St. Louis Bertrand Alums Ordained Deacons

Congratulations to Reverend Brothers James Dominic Brent, O.P. and John Chrysostom Kozlowski, O.P., who were recently ordained to the Sacred Order of Deacons. Ordained by the Most Reverend Martin D. Holley, Auxiliary Bishop of Washington, DC, in the Crypt Church of the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception, our brothers will now begin their lives of sacramental ministry in the Washington area as they continue their formation for the holy priesthood.
Brothers James and John Chrysostom are no strangers to St. Louis Bertrand; each spent a summer here serving at the St. Vincent de Paul Center and assisting at the parish. Let us continue to support these fine young brothers with our prayers and ask God to bring to completion the good work he has begun in them.
